THINK
Life at the speed we do it these days often leaves people feeling a bit discombobulated.
That confusion and disorientation - the sense of being out of balance - prevents us from thriving.
But restoring balance doesn’t mean creating a life that’s always calm and steady.
It simply means we need to level the scales by regularly doing things that bring us back to our authentic selves.
- What activities ground you?
- Are you being authentic? If not, how can you change that?
- What might you need to say no to this week to create some personal space?
- Which people in your life create meaningful, restorative connection? How could you reach out to them this week?
FEEL
Are there any areas in your life that feel out of whack (unbalanced) in a larger sense?
Perhaps you’ve been working long hours to gain a promotion and family time has suffered, or skipping the gym has become habitual despite valuing your health highly…
If you take a step back and reflect on that area of your life over time, what patterns can you identify?
What feelings might be driving the choices you’re making? And what is a better choice you could make now that you’ve identified the imbalance?

Select two action items from the think and feel sections above, pop them in your diary and get them done!
