Jason Chittenden
Jason Chittenden was first introduced to Quantum Orange when his boss called us in to help boost the team’s coaching skills.
At the time, Jason felt like he was in limbo - he had a full time job, was coaching on the side and knew where he wanted to go but wasn’t sure how to get there.
“Paul taught me to work on myself, to get myself right first so I could then focus on progressing my career. And it worked,” Jason says.
A few years down the track, Jason is happily creating incredible impact as he coaches over 50 people per year. His clients are reaching their targets and experiencing positive changes in their personal lives as well.
Jason says he became a much better coach after training in the Quantum Orange methodology. “I understand people in a deeper way, which as a coach I’ve found very powerful.”

Introducing
Jay
In the middle of his training with Quantum Orange, Jason had a conversation with Paul about his 19 year-old son Jay. Back then, Jay was really struggling and Jason had run out of ideas about how to help him.
“I was at rock bottom - I had no drive, I didn’t care if I lived or died, I was in a really really dark place,” says Jay.
Paul suggested Jason bring Jay to an upcoming training weekend so he could work with Jay one-on-one. Over the course of a few days, Jay spent time talking to Paul and worked through some big personal hurdles.
“After working with Paul, I could see my biggest struggle was letting things go,” says Jay. “That enabled me to look at how I was handling things, then take a different approach to the way I processed my emotions.”
Jay is in a much better place now. “To see Jay able to identify what’s going on for himself, practicing emotional intelligence and being proactive about seeking help when he needs it, I don’t really have words for what a relief that is,” says Jason.
